There are times when you need to move an installed ZHC unit in an IDF or utilize a ZHC unit that is being used as a spare unit. If the unit is locked in "Main" mode or it is a unit that has a fiber receiver and it is needed in a "Satellite/Cascade" mode, the below steps will need to be done.
You will need to download the ZHC Utility Software. (Refer to Knowledge Base Article Titled "Z-Distribution ZHC Utility Software".
After the software is installed and running, select the Input Type that you need the unit to be in and then click on "Apply".
