Below is a list of items to check for if the unit does not power on:
- Is the power plug securely plugged into the connector?
- Is the power plug inserted correctly with the flat side on the top?
- Are the power plug pins bent, pushed in or burnt?
- Is the power cord securely plugged into the square transformer in the power cable assembly?
- Is the power plug securely plugged into the wall outlet?
- Is the circuit breaker to the wall outlet tripped?
- If all the above does not apply or if the fans turn on but the unit doesn't have its LEDs come on, contact Z-Band technical support for further assistance.
