This article provides step-by-step instructions for Importing Multiple ZHCs to the
ZHC Insight management platform.
1. On a web browser, you can access ZHC-Insight using the IP Address of the physical server or the virtual appliance where the software is installed.
- Once open you'll see this, Click Status in the top left corner to open the drop down menu.
2. In the drop down menu, Click Setup. This will open Setup page, underneath ZHC Setup you will want to Download the 'ZHC Import' Template.
3. When the ZHC Import Template opens in Excel, list each unit on its own row. Include the IP Address (required) and a location to help with keeping track of your units. If you've already set up ZHC Groups, populate the Local Hub/ ZHC Group field; if not leave it empty. Delete any example entries you don't need and save your changes.
4. Once you have filled out the ZHC import Excel template, Go back to Insight and Click the ZHC Management Tab.
5. Once in the ZHC Management Tab, Click Import in the top right.
6. When this prompt opens, select the import template you created, choose the file, and Click Add.
7. If your template information is correct, the following view is displayed.
8. You've successfully imported multiple ZHCs. They will appear in ZHC Management, and the Status page will show ZHC counts and alerts for these units.
